A Passion for Rebar
AGF Steel is a Canadian leader in the design, fabrication and installation of concrete reinforcing steel (rebar) and post-tensioning. Established in 1948, it was the first company in Canada to specialize in rebar. In over sixty years of operations, its people have developed a culture that delivers projects safely, on schedule and at very competitive cost.
AGF's experienced team includes over 20 engineers and 75 certified technicians, a highly qualified production and installation workforce, who work in latest technology facilities and with continual improvement programs to deliver to contract. AGF is fully integrated. Its large production and prefabrication capacity ensures
a safe supply to customers.
AGF has completed over 15,000 projects, from local construction to the Montreal Metro and the Hibernia oilfields. AGF Steel, located in Longueuil, Quebec, is the head office for all the AGF Group's business units.
